On August 23, 2025, the Labrador Parish Church in Makiling, Laguna became a place of care and compassion as the 1Filipino Foundation, led by its President, Nunnatus “Toots” Cortez, conducted a Medical Mission for the local community.

Guided by a shared commitment to service, volunteer medical professionals and dedicated staff provided free consultations, essential health services, and compassionate care to individuals and families in need. The mission reaffirmed the Foundation’s belief that access to quality healthcare is a fundamental right and should be within reach of every Filipino.

Beyond the medical services rendered, the activity brought comfort, dignity, and reassurance to its beneficiaries. Through every consultation and conversation, lives were touched and hope was renewed.

This Medical Mission reflects the core mission of the 1Filipino Foundation—to uplift lives, strengthen communities, and help build a future where compassion and service continue to create lasting impact across the nation.
